Wild Woman Rising tells the inspiring stories of brave women across the globe who are listening to the whispers of their heart and carving their own path in life.

When Ashwin Publishing invited 27 women from all over the globe to write a chapter that would inspire and motivate others, something clicked and I thought "why the hell not".  If I can write a chapter then surely I can write a book! I have always wanted to write a book that told my story so I could help others. In fact its been on my "to do" list for way over a decade and I always had some reason for not putting it together.

It's been a rewarding and often challenging experience to delve into my self and tell the truth about what I was feeling on the inside while enjoying a successful career on the outside. Being totally honest AND THEN telling the world about it is scary, especially when I have always been the go to person who always has it all together. To work alongside so many other talented and passionate women sharing their own authenticity and vulnerability has been an extremely moving experience.

My focus is now personal development coaching and wellbeing and sharing my experience with others in how to grow, change and reinvent as you evolve through your lifetime.

MY INTENTION FOR THE BOOK is to help as many men and women who feel like they are losing themselves in the doing of life to redefine what life means to them. To stay true to their passion and not to trade off parts of themselves along the way. To support them to reclaim the parts of themselves which have gone missing over time and to feel strong and whole and complete from the inside out so they can be sustainably successful without burning themselves out

A collection of personal stories from 27 women globally who have carved their own path in life. These are the women who have alchemised challenging life events and created a life and business from their soul work. They are staring tradition in the eye and actively challenging the status quo, whilst birthing a whole new way of living and doing business.

In a time when we are collectively being asked to rethink the way we do life and move from traditional models, these women are examples of courage, tenacity, resilience and compassion who have moved through life and are successful in their chosen field.

I feel privileged and humbled to be a part of this book with 27 other amazing women who have raw and real stories to tell.

For me it has been a deep look into my whole life and in parts saying things out loud that I have never shared before. I have had an amazing career and been supported by so many people and yet I felt there was something missing for a very long time that I couldn’t put my finger on.

Each chapter provides unique stirring insights into experiences in their lives that have guided and propelled them to follow their soul’s mission. Moments when their inner Wild Woman gave them the tenacity, courage and determination to rise up, take a stand for what they believe in, and carve out their own path.  It’s raw, real, and remarkable and the reader will find a story that relates to them to give them hope and encouragement for the future.
