I am a woman with Spirit
.......  There is a very real sense of achievement at the end of such walks.  I found Jenny to be an admirable leader who ensured that the group stayed together yet allowed time for exploration and discovery along the way.  Meals were a collaborative effort, which built team spirit and there was generally tolerance and harmony within the group.

Should the opportunity arise to go on a walk with Jenny don't hesitate.  There's an opportunity for friendship, fun and a worthwhile challenge with a careful, skilled, responsible leader. ......

Relaxing at New Pelion Hut, Overland Track
Walking in nature has a profound positive effect on our health and well being.  All adventures are designed to encourage self sufficiency and personal responsibility. They consist of small groups of women, fully self-supported where we take responsibility for our own training and preparation as an individual and as part of the group; carrying all of our own food and equipment; and having fun along the way.

Women with a range of experience from the absolute novice to the seasoned walker have successfully prepared for and completed these trips.

A typical adventure includes:
  • Suggested individual training schedule
  • Group training walks
  • Group meal and equipment planning and training activities
  • Trip itinerary from Newcastle - return
  • 4 - 8 day self supported bush walk in wilderness areas of Australia or NZ
  • Overall trip length up to 10 - 12 days depending on location and extra activities (tailored for the group)
...... I have always wanted to do something like this and never felt confident to do it by myself.  Jenny provided me with the encouragement and built up my confidence while I was fulfilling a dream. ......

I could not have done this trip if it wasn't for Jenny's guidance and great friendly nature.  Once you made the choice to do one of Jenny treks or day walks you won’t stop. Try it!

The biggest benefit of doing the walks is achieving goals that I had not thought to even put on my Bucket List; learning to prepare for them then move forward to the challenge and the adventure. I am now better able to do things that I would not previously even consider.    Trish King, Toronto NSW
i am a woman with spirit
Being in nature grounds me.  Multi day walking reminds me that I can carry on my back all that I need for shelter, warmth and food and that everything else is extra, superfluous and an added bonus in life.

It allows me to reconnect with the important things in life.  Love, space, family, friendships, nature, Self and helps me take time out to think clearly without the clutter of everyday life.

My motivation for taking others with me is to share this feeling and to give women the opportunity to extend themselves and to find and nurture new friendships with themselves and other women.

Everyone always come back refreshed and richer for the experience with new friendships.
