This 8 week series of workshops takes you on a personal journey of self-discovery to create awareness, identify individual personal attributes that have been holding you back in some way and learn techniques to improve and take responsibility for how you relate to yourself and others.
Each week the course builds on your personal understanding of yourself and your thought patterns that will allow you to effect positive change in your life.
